These terms cover your use of this personal portfolio website, run by Omar Hosny. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Acceptable use

You may browse and link to the site. Please do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at a rate that disrupts it, use it to break the law, or pretend to be me.

Ownership

Some material belongs to others. The fonts Bricolage Grotesque and Hanken Grotesk are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 (Bricolage Grotesque licence, Hanken Grotesk licence). Apple, macOS and Touch ID are trademarks of Apple Inc. Other product names belong to their owners, and I am not affiliated with them. WeLock is not affiliated with MakLock.

Projects and software

The pages describe my projects as I understand them on the date shown on each page. A project’s own website or repository is the authority on what it does, how to install it and the licence or terms that apply to it. Some projects are in development and may change or stop working. Software is provided as is, without any promise that it suits your purpose.

Links to other websites are for your convenience. I do not control those sites and am not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Availability

I try to keep the site working but do not promise it will always be available, error-free or up to date.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss or damage from using this site or relying on its information. Nothing here limits any right or liability that cannot legally be limited.
